Our local moves are billed hourly, prorated to the minute, while long-distance moves are based on mileage, size, and logistics. We provide upfront, transparent quotes with no hidden fees.
We do not charge extra for stairs, elevators, or long carries. However, moving to upper levels or navigating long distances within buildings may take additional time, which could extend the overall duration of your move. Our team will assess these factors in advance to ensure an efficient and accurate moving plan.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
Yes, we require a $50 deposit for local moves and a $150 deposit for long-distance moves to secure your moving date. If your plans change or you need to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable. If your move is completed, the deposit will be applied to your final moving bill.
Yes! If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.
If you need to cancel your move, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for local moves and 2 weeks in advance for long-distance moves. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation, including rescheduling or refunding your deposit when possible.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for local moves and 4–6 weeks for long-distance moves. Last-minute availability may be limited, so the earlier, the better!
